At a time when public lands and waters are under unprecedented attack, the outdoor community needs the knowledge and resources to protect the outdoor experience.
Outdoor Advocates Network was created to:
1) Provide outdoor enthusiasts with an understanding of our public lands, including land management agencies, designations, planning processes, and laws.
2) Provide tools for outdoor enthusiasts to advocate in a unified, educated, effective voice.
Born from The Mountaineers’ century-old work in conservation advocacy and inspired by our volunteer-driven outdoor education programs, we hope to help you speak up for your public lands.
